Meet the Team

Stan Zimmerman, Founder and CEO

Stan Zimmerman, a pioneer, was one of the original wholesalers in the State of Maryland. After graduating from Towson University, he began working for Bank of America, leading the insurance services division. Following his tenure there, Zimmerman ultimately decided to pursue his passion for wholesale and investment, establishing himself as one of the first wholesalers in the State. Since then, he has been wholesaling and flipping properties for over 25 years, spreading his business, Dirty Properties, into Washington D.C., and Florida. In the course of his career, Zimmerman has acquired over 3000 pieces of property and has been a hard money lender to those who have purchased properties from him before. Due to his many years of expertise and high success rates, Zimmerman is one of the few persons who has as much knowledge of the industry as he and his team do.

Zimmerman is a proud husband and father to his daughter who currently attends the University of Michigan as a pre-dental student.
