For over 20 years, we have operated as “Baltimore Home Wholesalers,” delivering excellent properties to our customers in Maryland and DC. We began wholesaling properties in Florida as Dirty Properties over 5 years ago, Georgia 2 years ago, and since then our company has experienced rapid growth. Now we decided to merge both of these companies under the name Dirty Properties.
